Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information linked to it at any time. Go to the contact page and send us a message with the subject “Delete my account”, using the same email address you signed up with so we can confirm it is you.
What we delete
Your account profile, your name and email address, your settings, and the content and requests you created in your account.
What we may keep
We may keep limited records where the law requires it, for example for tax, security, or fraud prevention. Backups are cleared on their normal schedule.
How long it takes
We aim to confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you go
Download or save anything you want to keep first. Once your account is deleted we cannot restore it.
